Keeping our Patients Safe During COVID-19

Hand Sanitiser

At Earworx you, as our valued client, have always been our number one priority. We have always tried to provide you with a family-like experience and a gold class service and want you to feel relaxed and looked after when you come into one of our clinics. Because of this, we feel that the responsible thing to do right now is for us to temporarily close our clinics as we monitor events in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic in Tasmania and NSW. Yes, our business is classed as an ‘essential service’ by the government so we can remain open, however a large majority of you, our valued clients, are elderly with other health conditions and out of a sense of community safety, we want you all to #stayathome for now. This decision will be reassessed 4 weeks after the closing date of each clinic based on government directives and consideration of the rate of spread.

Our Bondi Junction clinic temporarily closed on Friday the 27th of March and our Tasmanian clinics temporarily closed on Tuesday the 31st of March.

Our two Canberra Earworx clinics are located within Fullerton Health Medical Centres and as such at this stage remain open.

If you have an issue you would like to discuss with us, we are offering free phone consultations until we reopen. Please contact us via [email protected] or call 1800 327 967 and leave us a message. We will be checking these messages daily. Keep an eye on the website for clinic re-opening dates and check the news section on our website for any updates and for helpful information.

In the meantime, to manage your earwax build-up, please use softening drops from your local chemist or attend your local GP for assessment and management. You can learn more about softening drops here. And please, stay home and follow any directives outlined by the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government Department of Health for staying safe and preventing the spread of this virus.
